A young Ukrainian tennis player, Daria Snigur, gained a trophy in Dubai, winning the local ITF W100 + H event. In a match that lasted less than an hour, a 19-year-old overcame Kristina Kucova from Slovakia – the fourth-seeded at the tournament.
In the first set, Daria made three breaks, giving her opponent one game on her serve – 6:3. In the second set, Snigur did not leave the representative of Slovakia a chance – 6:0.
This is the second ITF title for Snigur in 2021 and the sixth in her career. At the beginning of 2021, she won the event in Poitiers, France. Another Daria’s notable result was in Portugal, where she became a runner-up in Santarem in September.
