In the semifinals, the Russians will play with the German national team on Saturday, December 4. The national teams of Serbia and Croatia will play in the second semifinal. Russia has won the Davis Cup twice: in 2002 and 2006. The current champion of the tournament is the Spanish national team. In 2020, the winner was not determined due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
